Introduction
These Terms of Purchase set out how you (the User) can make purchases from Us (RepGuardia Global). Please read them carefully. We pride ourselves in providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that you are clear in respect of all of your rights relating to your purchase.
We are not a law firm. We are a company based in Dublin, Ireland who specialise in supporting small businesses with their compliance requirements to trade in the European Union and Northern Ireland. The scope of the European Union and Northern Ireland shall be as determined at any particular time.
Key Terms You Need to Know
It is important that you are aware that:
- When you purchase our authorised representative service you are requesting representation. We shall not be your authorised representative until you provide us with necessary documentation that we request from you and that documentation has been reviewed and approved. You are not permitted to name us as your representative until we confirm that we have all of the necessary documentation from you.
- We reserve the right to refuse to provide representation for any reason.
- You warrant and accept that you are responsible for the safety of your products. The safety of your products is entirely your own responsibility and we shall bear no liability for the safety of your product. Should we be sued or face any legal action in connection with your products, in accepting these terms you confirm that you will provide us with a full indemnity and cover all legal and associated costs.
- You warrant that you will undertake a full and comprehensive risk assessment and complete all necessary paperwork truthfully.
- You warrant to keep all paperwork up-to-date and to notify us of any changes in product or process. The provision of updated information is solely your responsible.
- We reserve the right to change the scope of the product range that we can support you with. Should we need to withdraw representation for a product we shall provide as much notice as possible. We shall not be liable for any costs associated with withdrawal of representation.
- We reserve the right to change the scope of the countries in which we can provide representation. Should we need to withdraw representation within a jurisdiction we shall provide as much notice as possible. We shall not be liable for any costs associated with withdrawal of representation.
- The service which you are purchasing is that of an EU authorised representative. Please see our services page for the specifics which you can expect. As part of our service we will correspond with relevant authorities and officials on your behalf. Please note that the scope of the service relates only to safety and compliance matters which fall under the GPSR. Should your packages be stopped for any other reasons, such as incorrect payment of customs duties, and we are contacted, we will charge an initial administrative fee of €75, plus any and all associated costs and expenses to cover our time to manage the queries.
- On purchase you will be provided with instant access to our supporting digital product, which will provide you with templates and guidance material. At the point of purchase, you are confirming your express consent to receiving the access to the template immediately. In agreeing to be granted access at the point of purchase you will lose your right to cancel your purchase and your right to a refund if you change your mind.
- You are purchasing an annual subscription which will renew automatically each year. You will receive a reminder before the renewal takes effect. If you wish to cancel your subscription before the renewal you must do so at least five working days prior to the subscription renewing. Failure to cancel in time will result in you still being charged.
- We anticipate that prices will increase once annually. We will provide you with advance notice of any price increase, of at least 28 days. If you do not wish to continue with our representation due to a price increase we will discuss and agree with you the final date of representation.
- The representation service is for a 12 month period. We do not offer a part-payment option. Should you decide that you no longer need our service midway through the term, please let us know and we will update our records. We will not be able to refund you for any unused element of service.

From time to time, it may be that we will need to extend timescales for delivery and we if need to do so we will contact you immediately to discuss.
It is always our aim that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. Should you have any questions about your purchase we will be happy to assist.
Should you contact us via social media or email before you make a purchase we will do our best to support you with information to best suit your needs. We make no guarantee that the information we share is suitable for you or your business and we are unable to provide you with legal advice. Our courses and templates are designed to provide legal information. They are not to be construed as legal advice. At all times the information we share with you should be considered generic only and should you need personalised advice or support you should speak with a lawyer in your jurisdiction.
Please be advised that we reserve all rights to our intellectual property for both our customised and non-customised products and services. This means that whilst you are free to use the download digitally or print out a copy for personal use you are not permitted to copy, distribute, adapt, edit or share any of our products with third parties.

Should you consider that you have grounds to obtain a refund which are not set out above you should email [email protected] to set out your refund request.
All refunds are provided in accordance with your statutory rights.
Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and any claim or dispute arising in relation to any purchase will be governed by English law. You and we agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such claim or dispute.
